Hello, I'm Brando Lakes.
I've always been passionate about helping people feel happier and more confident through movement. For years, I searched for a program that could adapt to anyone's needs, but most fell short. That's when I decided to apply my medical expertise to create Kinesadelic --a system that blends the most effective elements of yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and physical therapy. It's designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and regain the freedom of movement we all deserve.
My Story
From a young age, I've always been fascinated by movement --how our bodies work, how they heal, and how the right exercises can make us feel our best. This passion led me to become a physical therapist, where I spent years helping people recover from injuries and regain their strength. But along the way, I noticed something: while traditional therapy techniques worked, they often left people feeling restricted or uninspired in their movement journey.
I wanted to changed that. I believed there had to be a way to merge the precision of physical therapy with fluidity and enjoyment or everyday movement --how thing that would work for anyone, regardless of their fitness level. After years of research, practice, and a bit of creative experimentation, Kinesadelic was born.
Kinesadelic isn't just a program; it's a mindset. It's about embracing movement as a source of joy, balance, and strength. It's about taking those small, daily steps towards feeling more free in your body, more confident in your abilities, and ultimately, more connected to yourself.
